Groundhog Day Activity

Age: Children ages 5-11 and families

Fee: $5.00 per person

Do groundhogs hibernate in Connecticut?  Can they really predict the weather?  Come learn about these often overlooked fascinating creatures while creating some unique groundhog art of your very own!  Registration highly recommended.  All materials will be provided.

Live Birds of Prey Program

Leader: Erin O'Connell

Age: all ages

Audubon Sharon is currently home to 10 different species of birds of prey native to Connecticut.  Come learn about some of the amazing adaptations these birds possess as Erin introduces you to some of the Center's resident education birds.

Age: 4-6 year olds with an adult

Fee: $5.00 adults, $3.00 children

Would you like to make a special valentine for Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa or even your brother or sister?  Join us for a short story and snack and Wendy will help you create a one-of-a-kind card for your valentine!  Pre-registration is requested.
