Owl Prowl

Leader: Audubon Staff

Age: Adults and older Children

Join Audubon Staff for a ramble through the wintry landscape of the Sharon Audubon Center in search of owls. Learn the different sounds of the common species of owls found in the area and listen carefully as we try to coax one to call back. If you're lucky, you may even catch a glimps of a curious owl who flies in to get a better look at its visitors. Dress warmly and bring a flashlight if you have one.

Bird Seed Sale!

Don't forget to keep your feathered friends happy throughout the winter!  Stop in the Nature Store for great sale prices on all types of bird seed including Black Oil Sunflower with or without shells, mixed seed, various types of suet and more.  All seed and feeders will be 15% off!

Winter Tracking with Paul Rego

Age: Adults and older children

Don't miss the opportunity to join wildlife biologist, Paul Rego, for our popular annual tracking excursion. This year we plan to explore the property of the Sharon Audubon Center in search of the large and small mammals that are inhabiting the area.  As always, our day is highly weather dependent so be sure to make a reservation so we can contact you in case we need to postpone the event.  Please contact the Center to reserve a space. Wear warm clothes and good winter boots!
